Inpatient unit:

25 beds station is located in 2nd floor. The ward provides intensive rehabilitation treatment of persons with movement disorders after stabilization of the acute condition (ie early rehabilitation). This means particularly the nervous system diseases, conditions after injuries of the locomotor system after implantation of joint replacement, amputation of limbs, etc. after hospitalization which lasts 2-3 weeks. The patient must be able to handle all-day intensive rehabilitation program with the prospect of improving the state so that he/she could be released to home care. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists in individual and group therapeutic physical training, testing, use of equipment, occupational therapy, training in daily living activities with compensatory aids, physical therapy (electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, magnetic, laser, traction, whirlpool, etc.). It provides clinical speech reeducation of speech disorders. We work closely with the department of orthopedic prosthesis. Particular physical therapy and practicing self-sufficiency in daily living activities. We also provide rehabilitation therapy in the inpatient wards of other hospitals.

For hospitalization, please bring: 

• physician report 
• exercise outfit and solid shoes
• toilletteries 
• ID
• insurance card 
• compensation aids ( stick, French sticks, walker ) 
• please, come in the morning (best between 8AM- 9AM)

Therapeutic rehabilitation program is fully covered by health insurance. After the limit is exceeded, the performance of some procedures reimbursed. The department are above standard 3-bed rooms, the extra bed is 190 CZK per day.

In the case of a sudden feverish illness (eg colds) or other health complications that need hospital treatment delay. Telephone to arrange an alternative date for the onset of treatment stay.
